Terms & Conditions

1. Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail). We also accept PayPal as well as credit card payments through Nochex.

2. Delivery:

Stock items will be dispatched on the day of purchase, providing the order is received by 1pm. All UK deliveries are sent by 1st class postage/courier. Delivery is expected to be within 72hrs. www.jcaerials.co.uk reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Customers in certain regions (Highlands and Islands) may be charged extra for the delivery of some items.

3. Packaging:

At www.jcaerials, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, materials for packaging. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be sent

4. Returns:

Any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product if we are informed within 7 days from receipt. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense. We will refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note / invoice with the item and state the reason for the return.
